COO - Chief Operating Officer 

JOB: BUSINESS LEADERSHIP and FINANCES

(Accounting skills and/or Web/App development experience a plus)

  • High financial literacy, knowledge of business concepts, strong leadership and project management skills
  • Able to transform rough ideas and general concepts into actions, projects, and completed products or messages.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors and consumers
  • Develop ideas for new products, promotions, ventures and events with the Deaf Stuff brand
  • Direct and execute brand awareness and marketing strategies with the CMO and CCO

Requirements:

  • Deaf
  • Strong understanding of business functions such as Human Resources, Finance, Marketing and Social Media
  • Experience in fundraising and event planning
  • Knowledge of Internet Technology and Business infrastructure
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills

CHIEF CONTENT OFFICER

JOB: VIDEO EDITING and PROJECT MANAGEMENT

(Animation and Web/App Development skills a plus)

  • Responsible for producing high quality video content
  • Works with the COO and CMO to coordinate and direct multiple video projects from pre-production to production and post-production
  • Ability to generate new ideas for fresh, on-brand creative productions

Requirements:

  • Deaf
  • Proven skills in video production, video editing and project management
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
  • Skilled decision-making and problem-solving

CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

MAIN SKILLS: ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR and SOCIAL MEDIA (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn)

  • Works with COO to develop new product designs and graphics to grow the brand
  • Ensures all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style and quality, optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, point of purchase, mobile, video, print and in-person.
  • Supplies CCO with graphics and images for video content and social media promotions
  • Streamline website design and keep consistently updated

Requirements:

  • Deaf
  • Proven skills in:
    • Adobe Illustrator
    • Photoshop
    • Social Media
    • Web Design
  • High social media communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Able to complete projects in a timely manner
